Fever yes! I'm so far behind tho compared to last year. I hope I can get myself in gear and get some work done. I still have tons of patch prep to catch up on. Last Fall did not cooperate weather wise, and got snow way too early. Now it's crunch time. Tension but in a good/fun way. Bring on the season! Good luck and may you all grow a new personal best!

Slow and steady USED to win the race. Now if you want to be #1 you need a pumpkin that puts on 35# / day for a month. Not much slow about that now is there :)

Well Today Is HERE! This afternoon I get to start filing! WEEEEEEEEEEEEE It's grey and socked in, it's chilly out there. It's balmy to downright tropical in the hoops, so just need to get the sprout-out!

I dunno about that Sandbagger, maybe thats why alot of em are starting them ealier, they want a slow and steady grower that will grow for a longer period . ;-)

Wow, the Wiz actually has a plant that was started this year, that DOES have Flowers on it. I think we may be in trouble, as long as he keeps the cold from it. Hopefully he will post a picture of it, unless he sandbags it. But I saw it today at the growers meeting, so it is real.
