A list member sent me some seeds (1147 shenoha 2008).On the envelope it says 15-4%,,,,what does that mean?

Typo it should have said 15.4% heavy.

Means the estimated weight, before being weighed, was only expected to weight around 995, based on measurements, but when it hit the scales it weighed more than that.
Going heavy is seen as a good thing, and usually means the walls are extra thick.

shazzy, just to help skelly out a lil here!!! What did it measure...circ, f/b, s/s, total, and the est, and the final weight!!! Could be a learning thing for a lot of folks!!! If you still have the stats available!!!! Just a thought!!? Peace, Wayne

Shazzy thanks for the seeds! My personal best so far is maybe 5Lbs.( Was from a seed that I just stuck in the yard after carving the halloween pumpkin and it came up the next year) This year Iam gonna try for what ever I can get but if I can get 500#s Ill be happy,setting my goal kinda short and just gonna be sorta of a dry run for next year!!!!.
