what kind of growing lights do you use on your young plants

I'm trying something new this year using two 100 watt, 6500K CFL bulbs that I got at Wal Mart for about $4. Each one is screwed into a brooder that I got at Home Depot for $5 each. A pretty inexpensive grow light setup for seed starting. I've done a test planting they it seems to be working great. I have the same setup as ArvadaBoy, except one 100W equivalent CFL at 1600 lumens. Well see if it helps.
