Hi everyone,
It's been a while since I've been on here because I've been so busy with school LOL. I am allready looking forward to growing more pumpkins this summer. Hopefully I'll be able to beat my pb 0f 300 pounds last year. I couldn't get an actual weight because I brought my pumpkin to my fraternity house to carve for our fall barbecue. Big mistake, because some idiot crushed it all over the front lawn before I could weigh and carve it.
Anyway, I was just wondering what everyone's new personal best goals will be for this year? I'll probably shoot for 400 pounds this year depending on the space I have available. I can't wait to start planting again!

Taking the state record at least, nice if I can break 1k and go to Anamosa and bug Don. My current PB is 425# so got plenty of room to improve.

to beat george j. by one pound no matter what i produce, and getting over 1200 pounds would be the icing on the cake.

I'm aiming for over 1k so you can just watch Thomas have to cough up the rootbeer. :) I'd love to bring the WR to OK but will settle for making Thomas pay up AND prying the state record away from all comers.

My goal is 500-600 pounds.
My PB is 357.5 last year, so it should be just to beat that.

Just about every year I get a personal best. If you average it out, it's only about 50 pounds per year. I'm a slow learner.
My current PB is 779, so I really need 800+ next year. But I'd like to skip the 800s and 900s and go straight to 1000+.
My dream is to do two over 1000. One for our local weighoff and one to take to Half Moon Bay.

If I don't get over 1,000 this year I'm going to be disappointed. Not sure if my soil is up to par in a new patch, but we are going to give it a good run.
