How it works……

Prior to the night of the swap, send an email with the seed or group of seeds you are offering up for swap (the email address will be provided later).

On the night of the swap 1 person will be swapping, 1 person on deck to swap next and 1 person in the hole…for

example….
S. Krug (Who ever that is), offers up a 723…ROF. those participating just start typing in their offers….after approx. 3 minutes the offers stop and S. Krug has 2 min. to choose the offer he accepts…it is up to those 2 to post their emails to arrange the swap of the seeds by exchanging addresses and sending them to each other.
After that is finalized…the swap on deck would take place next, and so on and so forth.

The date and time of the swap will be posted soon, along with the email addy to send the name of swapper and seed or seeds up for swap.

All Swaps or final!!!

Swap will be Saturday March 14th at 7 est. I need participants to email me at [email protected] with a list of seeds they want to swap single seeds or multiples are ok EXAMPLE JOHN DOE lot 1 1446 and 500 You would then offer seeds to owner what you would giive for them after 2 minutes he would choose best offer you have to keep up with your own offers

I see on the main page that the time says 8pm and a few post up it says 7pm, would you please clarify which time is correct?
Also, is there any established protocol on how th seeds are exchanged, ie... who pays postage, is it that each person pays their own postage?
Been here for this before and this is a great idea. I am really glad there is someone keeping it alive.

chip......once the seed up for swap, has had offers posted in chat......it is up to the swap and swappie to make arrangements to swap their seeds...robert and i only try to maintian an order and log of the swap.
