Heavy Hitter: some one that consistantly grows big bumpkins. Used to be defined as over 1000 lbs for more than one year. Now considered to be more like 12-1300 on a regular basis

growing big pumpkins can be a factor, but giving back to the hobby and helping other growers should be taken into account.i think as ag growing gos into the 21st century we have less heavy hitters. the guys that layed the foundation will always be king.

IMHO...two definitive causes can take you to the HH level!!! Growing and Giving...Best example I know of are the Wallace's!!! They Grow em BIG!!! and they give BIG, not just to other growers, but to their local community as well!!! Peace, Wayne
