Hi Folks-

The St. Croix Grower's Association is a group of grass-roots pumpkin growers from the greater MPLS-St. Paul area who are trying to establish a reputable weigh off and club that provides our growers with a scale to weigh their fruit on with a little compensation for their efforts.

On Saturday, Feb. 21, we'll host our first auction in an attempt to raise the necessary funds to accommodate our semi-competitive prize structure operating costs. Last year, our primary sponsor backed out at the very last minute, leaving our prize structure broken. We are asking the generous auction bidders of BP.com to help us out on the 21st, as we offer LOTS of the most desirable seeds in our hobby.

We're not a bunch of high roller's trying to bank on the virtues of marketing. Rather, we're a group with a mission to provide a forum for the best growers in the greater Minnesota/Wisconsin growing area to weigh their fruit.

We look forward to seeing you on the 21st. Keep an eye out for our lot list to be posted on BP.com soon. The SCGA sincerely appreciates the growers who generously donated to our cause and the bidders who are wiling to support our club.
