GPW (Crazy-Growers)

Thuringia/Germany

The http://crazy-growers.de/ webpage from Germany has held an auction for the OAF.

We are all proud to announce that we have collected $250 for this cause.

It was with much pride that the growers donated money for this cause.

I would like to thank all German speaking growers for their part in helping.

I hope that the seeds that have been won bring those growers a lot of fun, and that the money helps Pap and his OAF a little bit to ease the big problem of the needy children.

We wish everyone a fantastic season and many big pumpkins.

it was very kind of your group to do that for the children of the o a f coats for kids foundation.

your donation will be set aside along with the money left from this winters donations to be used for kids coats next fall or any worth while cause that may come up before then.

i encourage everyone to start their own coats for kids fund in their area. you will never regreat it.

Pap, I was wondering if you had any information for others who would like to start a coats for kids foundation in there area. Maybe some suggestions on how to get started.
Thanks, Paul
PS. Sorry I don't mean to hijack the thread just curious.

We've got one in the area, it's through a church AND the local chapter of the Studebaker club. They hold a 'Cars for Kids' car show late every spring, charge a few $ for entries and a few for getting to come in and look at the cars, then they hold a parade. Our group is talking about combining forces with them for Coats... POINT-there may be a group doing similar work to the OAF in your area, go look them up first!

Thats a good idea OkiGal. I was thinking that too. It would be alot easier to help a group that is already established.
