I know my friends up North are kinda use to the stuff, but down here, well, we see it only once or twice a year. SO it anywone alone the east cost and is beeing hit with this storm let us know what the damage is.

At least y'all are getting some moisture, out that way you were hurting for it all of last year as I remember. I can chortle over 60's and 70's whil everyone else is getting snow, but. We're not getting any moisture either. I have dread of trying to grow in Declared Federal Disaster Area Extreme Drought (Central) again....

60+ degrees in Denver today and yesterday. It is taking my whole will power to not put a seed in the ground. I know it is a cruel trick and we will have snow on the ground by Friday but it sure feels like spring here.

Today hit gorgeous 70, still 61 at sundown @ 6 pm, and I got sunburnt doing misc yard work. .... Another 70 plus day promised tomorrow...

Will trade 20 degrees for two inches of rain or the equivalent!!!!

Giant, It's no joke that school closeing because of the snow. There have been many times school's close in the deep south at just the THOUGHT of snow. They will close schools if the weather people just FORECAST SNOW. And this is not a bad idea because people in the south can't drive in the snow. There not use to it, and in some places the road crews arn't ready either.

I'm sure Frank isnt joking about closing schools with the snow..
they closed snow on the lower peninsula today with just the threat of snow...I kid you not..
Hampton-NewportNews-Virginia Beach-Norfolk ,etc,etc Public schools closed due to the threat of snow hahahhahha--The storm stayed South of virginia ........
let me tell you gpp get a inch of snow down here you would think the world was coming to an end.....unreal:)

Wow....If they closes for the threat off snow we would have make-up days till july...Ussally don't get snow...WE have had "it is really cold" days and"drugs on the bus day" when a school bus driver was pulled over with drugs on his bus...no kids on the bus...So the whole district closed down to do closer backround checks

4-6" of snow over night & my town had a 90 minute delay to clean the busses. LOL My son was livid.
