Ontario, Canada.

I'm watching the Weather Network here in Ontario this morning on Cable. They are calling for up to 35" of snow in Buffalo this weekend. Due in part to an Alberta clipper and westerly winds off Lake Erie which is still 100% open water this late in January.

The same clipper has brought temps into the single digits last night way down south into my area. The is also a slight chance of snow Sunday.

Being from the UK I find the "Calling For" bit amusing, it sounds to me like people are wishing for this weather. Over here we just say they are " Predicting " Lol I can imagine loads of people standing outside and calling for snow.

Gig K: Jeremy is right. Narrow snow bands south of Buffalo only. PS Lake Eire is 75% plus frozen over. Promise 100% by Niagara in March!
