pap i saw a agricultural show on fertilizers.mycorrhizal fungi was the last part they covered.they explainesd it in very simple terms, which is good for me lol.after they have attached themselves to the roots , the roots will grow as far as they have to, never stopping to give that plant the nutrients it is calling for. i found that a simple but impressive way to explain it hamr

Why does the plant develope a bigger root system if those fungi help the roots to take up food?
At first tought i would say the plant will need less roots.
