What is the ideal way to store seeds until next season? Cool or warm temp?

Freezer once they're plenty dry.

The new freezer bags that you can seal then suck all the air out works very well. I bagged all my extra bulk seeds up in a ziploc sandwich bag with that years seed label on it. Then poke a hole thru that bag on both sides. I place the bags of seeds inside the freezer bag, seal it, then remove all the air from inside. It takes a bit of manuvering of the other bags but eventually it sucks all the air from all the bags inside the freezer bag. Then it goeZ into the freezer in a third bag. Should help prevent any moisture and air triple protected.

thanks for the tips. I guess using a vacuum sealer wouldn't hurt then?
