I'm gonna guess that Carl's confidence coincides with a seed or two he received in the mail. Don't count him out Brooks, he grew his 1144 on 250 square feet.

Now Donkin!,,lol Not to take away from your 1144 , cause thats a really nice pumpkin,,,,But,,,, you cant compare his years with your years in the same way and what you grew,,,lol!! Ben was growing 1200lbers back 8 years ago when 1200lbers was almost un heard of in pumpkin growing. He didnt have the extra good stuff to use like we have today,, NO COMPARISON if your comparing what you grew in just three years to his 13! (you really want to beat Ben bad dont ya?,,lol)
