I wanted to share this letter I recieved from one of my best pumpkin buds out there. Dan, my heart goes out to you and your family, hang in there,anything you need just pick up the phone and call.

As some of you know and others might not , We have been caring for a very very sick father the past several weeks.

With the help of my wonderful sisters and older brother we were able to carry out my father’s wishes and help him pass away comfortably at home this Morning at about 10 Am.

He happened to pick Beth and my 25th wedding anniversary day to do so but all in all the passing was a good thing as he had not been himself for several weeks.

All I can say is thanks for all the help and support you have all provided and Steve krug you’re a great friend for someone I only get to see a couple times a year if lucky. Thanks for all the insight and such . It all came in handy and provided some great comfort to all involved.

We sat ,all gathered yesterday, around my father and watch Canadian video tapes of him and myself and his father and grandchildren all fishing having a great time back in the early 90’s. THAT is the way I will always remember him.

Please keep Him and us in your thoughts and prayers over the next few days and a couple special prayers for strength for my mother who loses a life partner of 53 years . Compounding this she lost her father about 2 weeks ago. My grandfather.

So as you can imagine her world is a bit tipped upside down right now but with all her children and grandchildren I am sure she will pull thru.
