Next time you are having a bad day go to this site and check out the artists.

Then go buy the "Artist above all" book (click on "order form" under "products" tab)

When the package comes open it, thumb through it and be totally amazed and inspired. Refer back as needed.
and ... if you are still not as patient and humble as you'd like to be ... go and try to paint a picture using just your mouth or your foot.
