How Long will seeds be able to stay in good shape inside a Pumpkin for? Will freezing temps cause the seeds to freeze inside and crack or are they protected inside generally. If the cavity has not been breached will the seeds be ok? Thanks

freezing should not be an issue, the only issue is seeds sprouting inside, if at all possible get them out now, it may not be too late.

You should take them out as soon as possible and dry them properly...In nature only a few are expected to survive the following spring to reproduce...
Please only recommend thing you have experience with..to many people listen to the wrong advice, or poorly given advice.
