Okay, who's the guy in the pumpkin boat going down the river in Wisconsin? He's doing it for charity, so I figure it's not Dan. He's too big to be Al, and it's not Brig. So, who the heck is it? Inquiring minds need to know.

Hope the cats are biting, I'm seriously doing the raggata thing next year at Stillwater, complete with sonar and down riggers. Bridg, ya in or what?

I talked to that guy at the Nekoosa weigh off. The pumpkin was one of the Glisczinski's I believe. Every night they're pulling the pumpkin out in pre-determined locations to spend the night and then he's getting back in to paddle the next day.

Hmmm. . . I suppose the cold water will help to preserve the pumpkin, but dang, don't you think it'll be getting kind of moldy on the 8th day?

Did someone say the boat had a heater in it??? Won't that lead to pumpkin mush??? Bet that thing's going to smell good in a week!!!!!!

2 days to go and the second boat is being prepped to finish the last leg of this trip, maybe the cold water of Oct helped keep it together this long.
