Congrats to Jake van Kooten with his monster 1,536.5 lb pumpkin weighed in at Elk Grove today. Not only did Jake break his own B.C. Provincial record but also the overall Canadian Record. He also broke the previous California weigh-off record at Elk Grove from last year.

Jake really raises the bar for everyone here in his home Province of B.C. but also for the rest of Canada.

Way to go Jake, and from your own 1142 seed!!
