We got an unsolicited call last week and received confirmation yesterday that the Discovery Channel will be filming the 2nd Annual Damariscotta Pumpkinfest and Regatta on Columbus Day weekend in Damariscotta, ME for a new show called "Adventure Guy". The show will feature host Dave Morral building and piloting his own boat on the Damariscotta River as well as a little insight into the crazy world of Giant Pumpkins. The show is slated to air sometime early next year. More good public exposure for our hobby.
