Check out this Ebay listing. It says the pumpkin is 1100 pounds+. I don't think so. It sure is a beauty for an 1100 pounder. What a rip off! If people only knew how generous real growers are with good quality seeds :(

I don't think that is the 1100lb'er. If they say that is the one there lying big time. They say it is good for pies. I wouldn't eat my giant pumpkin. Think about all those chemicals we use. I'm not saying chemicals are bad.

I didn't notice it before Phil but that's the same postal code as me. I don't know of anyone else in the neighborhood growing pumpkins and mine don't look anything like the ones in the ad.
