I emailed Karl(Giant Pay Out) he said, Longwood isn't going to keep the fruits. They do want the entrants to stay to the end of the day so the fruits can be displayed for their visitors.

"Exhibitors should arrive at Longwood between 6:00 and 9:00 am. The weigh-off will begin at 12:00 noon. Exhibitors may begin re-loading their pumpkins at 5:00 pm."
