i know it is helpful to have growers fill out the gpc form with all the stats from their pumpkins/gourds etc before the weigh off. where can i find that form? i wanted to run off a bunch for the growers so we might have the info and get our stats in in a timely manner. i think dave stelts would like this?? thanks, cindi g

"Blank Example Entry Form", It is in MS word, so you can add site name or areas for phone number, etc as other sites have done.
