yes, for 12 bucks its a good deal but they are heavy so shipping could be expensive. I have two that look almost identical.

I had 2 of those that broke on me. That type is the cheapest that chinese labor can produce. Not fun having your pumpkin 3 inches from the tailgate when the hoist starts spitting out bearings.
I got a better one a couple years ago. made in china, but ANSI certified, and built to last:
