I was turning my compost pile of just grass clippings,,,Had some mold that floated in the air when I was truning it,,,,Would this be the bad mold you always hear about?

LOL, no Shelly. I mean I wouldn't want to breath it in. But if your writing this post I belive your ok. The MOLD SPORES that you read about are deadly within one breath.

The main thing I have heard about the mold from compost and expecially grass' is that in some cases it can cause "farmers pneumonia". The symptoms seem to be similar to a respritory infection. I usually just wear a good dust mask if mine is moldy and I am going to be turning it by hand alot. Rick
