I got a greenhouse with 1 mil polcarbonate glass and would like to insulate it to keep as much heat in as I can, what can be done to save as much heat as possible during the winter months?

I insulate mine at home using bubble wrapping. I use Blu tack to fix it. Works well !

depending on the size, foam board. If the greenhouse is real big it can get expensive, but worth the cost. When you are not using the foam just stack them up off to the side and drag them out when you need them again.

You could always add a second layer on the inside of sheet plastic, polycarb,or fiberglass. The 2 layers will create a dead air space and insulation.
