Any big ones on the 1317.5 Rose out there??? There's got to at least be a few folks in Ohio growing this one!
I used the 1317.5 as a pollinator for my 772 Poirier but lost my 1317.5 plant.
I've heard of at least one big one off of a van hook seed that was the same cross as the 1317.5 (1370 x 998).

Lost mine at close to 500 lbs due to several weeks of heavy rain. It was growing well and had awesome color. I crossed it with the 1689 Jutras

I like mine. Nice shape and decent color. A good grower could have easily broken 1000 lbs. with it.

My wife was growing it and after several weeks of rain and roller coaster temps it split. The ott was 248 and had an unofficial weight of 404#. The stem end was about 9" thick while the blossom was nearly 5" thick. Very brilliant orange color with pronounced ribs.

I had high expectations for it... but it ribbon vined. I still managed to get a couple set on it (wishboned). Both ended up white and wheel shaped. You just never know for sure! Jim R p.s. looking forward to seeing Jerrys.
