Is it possible to cross an Atlantic Giant pumpkin with another type of pumpkin such as a baby bear or Jack be little? Or just any jackolantern type? Thanks

AG will cross with anything C. maxima Iv'e crossed it with Cinderella before. I crossed it with Triamble squash this year. I grew a cross that was red kuri x AG this year. The 183 Bosworth grew a 700+ lber this year, The 183 is a cross of my 55 Rahe.

Atlantic Giants are in the Cucurbita Maxima family and will not cross-pollinate with a regular field pumpkin which is a Cucurbita Pepo. Atlantic Giants will cross with many members of the winter squash family. I got the info. from Pumpkinpatch.com

I crossed with a jaradale and have one that weighed thirty pounds at harvest time. average for those are 6-12 pounds. I guess it works.
