Hello Pumpkin Growers,

The Connecticut Giant Squash & Pumpkin Growers Association is moving our 4th annual weigh off from Penfield Beach in Fairfield to Stew Leonard’s in Norwalk. The weigh-off will be held on Sunday 9/28/08. Stew Leonard’s is a great family oriented place to host a weigh-off and we are looking forward to a successful event. The club is very excited to offer a larger prize structure (details below). You can download a weigh off form through our website at http://www.ctpumpkin.com/ or come down and grab a form at our registration table at the event. The weigh off starts at 12:00 noon and entrants can come down as early as 7:00 am.

Pumpkin:

First - $2500

Second - $1,000

Third - $500

Prettiest Pumpkin: $150


Squash:

First - $500

Second - $400

Third - $300
