Does any one know how to officially weigh a kohlrabi? I am wondering about trimming off leaves, how much root is allowed etc. I see pictures of the world record kohlrabi with the top leaves left on and everything else trimmed off. What is the "official" answer on this?

Leave it all on. The judges will cut it off were it needs to be. I think it's 1" from the base of the 1st leaf, but you can contact Norm Craven for the official regs.
