I am in north west Missouri and would like to take a pumpkin to a weigh off this fall, where should I go? How do I get the thing on a pallet? Are the slings homemade or is it something you can buy?

We have a great weighoff in Anamosa, and we have had people come from a lot farther than you. For lifitng straps, I got the straps from Northern Tool catalog, and a rope and a tractor clevis from the local farm store. I have used a skid steer in past years, this year a friend and I are making a tripod.
