Any advice on what to put underneath a growing pumpkin - I may be limited now as it's getting heavy (200lb +). thanks

at this stage sand is easy to buy and put under it

A nice be of sand is good especially if you need to move it a couple of inches later (to keep it from ripping itself off the vine).
