Well it started as a good season, now what pumpkin's I had have all either rotted on the vine or just plain blew up! I can't remember so much rain this late in the summer. My rain gauge(emptied several times) has measured more than 14.25"+ in just the past few week's--3.50" overnight! So I guess I'll cash it in for this year, And gear up for next!
Best of luck to all---Phil

I'm finally growing the seeds I wanted and the weather has been terrible. I hope I can salvage something. It's always something, (but the good growers always seem to weather the storm!!!)

We have had just the opposite here, Phil. Early season was terrible. Several snows in April, cold May and June, 30" of rain from May to July. Only the past 4 weeks have been decent. Hopefully next year things will straighten out and we will have better weather.
