As most of you are aware, The Pumpkin Community is planning another cruise.
The GPC, will be raffling off an inside cabin on this cruise.
The room will include all taxes, gas surcharges etc, and it will be for 2 people.
The winner will be responsible for their own airfair.
To learn more about the cruise and the stops etc, please check out the GPC web site.
Tickets will be $20.00 each or 6 for $100.00
The raffle will start on the 15th of August.
We will sell a maximum of 250 tickets. Once the raffle is sold out, the draw will be made.
More info to follow as to where to send the money etc in the next few days

I don't forsee any problem with the Upgrade part, but that would be up to the winner, Actually I'll see if we can get it upgraded and we'll raffle a balcony suite,
You better buy a ticket now Cindi lol

The money's will be used to help promote Giant Pumpkin growing, Possibly increases to prises,
For growers jackets and crests,
Help fund guest speakers for Niagara,
We run on quite a tight budget, so we're generating extra dollars,
Mailing plaques, ribbons, etc to all the GPC sites, runs at quite an expense, especially with the postal increases.

FANTASTIC IDEA GUYS. THE GPC IS IN GOOD HANDS. COUNT PAP IN ON THE RAFFLE. LIKE THE UPGRADE IDEA THAT CINDY HAD AS WELL.

Ok it is Official, the upgrade has been done, The Raffle will be for a Balcony room for 2 people, Taxes and fuel charge included.
I will post the address in a few days, as to the where's and how's of sending in cheques, We also will take Paypal.

Also, have had a few questions on the money, Is it in American or Canadian,
Really doesn't matter, so close now, so if your American it's American funds, and if your Canadian, it's Canadian funds. All others will be in American funds

Eddy...now you are talking! i am sure we will be buying some tickets! i will start talking to the "pumpkinman" now. I think this will be a great fund raiser! let's see...we will buy SOME....jack larue and mr sherwood will buy ONE and THEY WILL PROBABLY WIN! i have been through this so many many times! but i will try, try again. ready to cruise...cindi
