What program do most of you run for misters to cool your plant? For example, how many minutes or seconds every how many minutes?

i live in south ga and i run mine for 45 min at a time up to 4 times a day but thats just me .

im in calif so humidity is not an issue, on one plant i run a very fine mist from 11 am till 5 pm the other plants dont need any
