Big Kahuna 26

Ontario, Canada.

Enjoy it while you can. Take photo's of the kids on it cause she's gonna go down in a few weeks time.

Such problems as these can be dealt with but rarely does a fruit with a blossom end split this early ever make it to weigh off day. It is not uncommon for a BES fruit to still gain lots of weight after such an incident. I had one gain over 300 pounds in 2005 after I patched up a BES. I also had one make it to weigh off that did seal up by itself, but it had only a very tiny hole into the cavity, that I caught immediately.

The mortality rate of your fruit is nearly 100% with occurring so early in the season.

Sorry for the bad news!

Theres still time for the one on 30th to get big !! Be prepared ,If it gets hot there ,protect with shade ahead of time-you sure would not want that one to abort !
