My partner Matt left me to tend patch this week while his family vacation in Maine. The haven't seen the sun for more than 4 hours all week which wouldn't be so bad except that 5 miles from their cabin several homes were destroyed by a tornado!!!

Weird weather this year I'll tell you.

Tornadoes in Maine....jeez. What next?

ive been here my whole life and there has beeen tornado's, hurricanes, blizzard's, you name it. tornado's happen every
year in nh,mass,vt and maine. not to weird to me

Is that article about tornado on Maine in 2006?

Week ago one hit here, farmers house and barns were destroyd. Like in Maine we have only small ones, now one got killed ever I think, mostly forest damage or barns crashed.

We call tornadoes "trombi" here and about 10-20 of them are hitting here each year.

I see N. H. had some bad storms today in 3 towns and a couple may well have been tornadoes , lots of damege from the looks of it on the news ,,, up in my neck of the woods 3 to 4 inches of rain in the last 4 days , if we get to much heat to soon the pumpkins will be blowing left & right , I've seen it before .

Pembroke, New Hampshire

5-6 miles down the road. We don't normally have a tornado or microburst around here. Hot and sunny today; we'll have to wait and see if anything blows.
