Snowiest winter in history, with several snows in April. May unusually cold. About 30" of rain in past 3 months. If you want some of that rain, please take it before it moves east over us.

We have had .08 inches of rain since April 20th. And yet my plants still look ok, save some sunburned spots. As for my wallet and the water bill, it's looking uglier every minute

I've had the opposite problem, too many clouds not enough sun for most of the season. We've had 6" of rain in the last 3 days, with more in the forecast. It seems the same thing happens every year. About the time my pumpkins hit prime time, day 20-40, the weather sucks. Last week at this time all my pumpkins were putting on 5-6"/day. But now my best pumpkins are putting on 4". Today at 2:00 in the afternoon it was 62F.

I'm in the NC mountains and we are having periods of serious drought and then periods of rain

The drought is really hurting my two AG plants

we have had two years of drought 50% of normal 2 years ago, about 75% this year, but we do not get any precip during the summer even when no drought so it is all about tap water here

It's the wettest June/July ever recorded here. We got over 3 inches just in the past 5 days!

we get on about 12 to 16 inches a year. This year we had maybe 4 inches. About 8 for the last 2 yrs. Since April it has rained once. It has been a long time since we have had 3 inches of rain in 1 day. We are on about a 8 to 10 year cycle. We are due for a wet year in 2009. But the most we have ever had in 1 yr, was about 21 inches. that was 15 yrs. ago.
