This might alredy be used so i'm sorry if it is. Ok before humans or fertilizers the ground got its nutrients from three things. Dead animals,dead plants,and burnt forest.
I'm thinking more of dead animals and burnt tree's. In africa durning pyrmid times they used a slash and burn idea. Every few years farmers would burn there crops to get better yeild the next year. Before than animals would die and fertilize the earth. What im getting to is that would it work to use blood meal bone meal and pot ash? Bone and blood from dead animals. Then potash for the burnt plant life. Also a long time ago the earth was covered in water, making dead fiah at the bottem. Most of those nutrients have been sucked up. Maybe thats why are giants repond well to neptunes and other simalar products.

I'm not sure but, WOW!, that is the most I have ever put my brain to work on summer break.

I know that these giant pumpkins we grow arn't by any stretch of the imaganation normal but, it just a idea.

Everyone give me your opinion.
