Ive read growers cut off the tendrils, do you cut them flush with the vine? I only cut the ones that get in my way but not quite sure how much to cut off..Croley Bend

I cut the tendril nub 'flush' if I remove tendrils. Usually that's because the nub is sticking out and preventing a vine from laying down. Put a little captan on it like you would any other cut on your plant...

We used to cut off the tendrils but this year we are just burying them along with the vine. We have had to cut a few but for the most part found that they support the vine and will give when needed. Sherry

Agreed...Bury if we can, cut if we must.

I just pinch them all off at the same time that I'm pinching off the tertiary vine tips. they always seem to get in the way when I'm trying to bury the vines.

Thanks everyone, guess I'll bury the ones I can and cut the ones I have to. Croley Bend
