I just noticed the tip of my main vine is tipped at an almost 90 degree angle downwards. It is not broken and looks healthy, it just started growing at a 90 degree downward angle. Is the normal? Will it correct itself?

don't worry. It's normal for the vine to raise up with the vine head dip down at about a 90 degree angle

Yes it straightens out as the vine grows. Thats just the new growth at the tip that you see "tipped down". Actually it's jus the weight of the tip making it droop so to speak. You are fine.
