Subject:  Plant losing leaves near base

One of my plants is losing its leaves near the base, it lost the 1st 2nd and 3rd set of leaves and is about to the 4th.
The rest of the plant looks healthy and it has lots flowers developing and side vines. The plant is less than 2ft long,
