can I gro a 100 pound pumpkin If my plant has now barly started vining?

you can probaly get a 100 pounder last year was my first year growing and me and my cousin were having a contest to see who could grow the bigger pumpkin. My cousin had his plant in the shade and the vine was only a foot long when the pumpkin was pollinated and the pumpkin grew to 75-100 pounds.

100 lbs, easy. I'd say 500 would be in reach with proper care and some luck.
