Mine looks like a runt. I had some early aphid damage. It might of slowed it down some. It is getting dwarfed in plant comparison to my 988 and the 1041 Mckie. What kind of characteristics does this seed have? I will post some pis in my diary

12 feet out, female at 10 feet, 2 females on 1st secondaries both sides, 1st male opened today with 2 more tomorrow. Plant very much reminds me of the 1180 Daletas plant.

Mine is my best plant. It wasn't overly aggressive as a seedling, but now has pulled out in front. So far, very happy.

Great looking plant. First female showing at 8ft. Won't pollinate this one as it's too close to the stump and it's too early in the season.

My 998 Pukos is doing well but my 1041 McKie isn't doing well. The 1041 McKie a double/flat vine and smaller than all the others.

I could find a 998 to grow this year and have no idea why this would be such a hard seed to find ether??? LOL!. But, for what its worth to ou 998 growers, my 1231 Pukos is one of my best plants so far, its really aggressive and one of the best growing plants I have going compared to my other plants. I really like that 1231 so far.

Remember though, for you guys having trouble with your 998, the 1068 always started out slow and crappy and look what that seed ends up growing. Dont give up on a great seed like the 998, ya never can tell what is gonna happen later.
