Here is a link to the "Giant Pumpkins, a Growing Subculture" article that Val wrote for her journalism class http://vhuff305.blogspot.com/ Go to the May 30th entry. Her assignment was limited to I believe 40 lines or two pages, so she couldn't make it as long as she'd like. Her comment to me was: "that's the story i turned in... and again, i really wish it could have been longer! if anyone ever wants me to make it longer and better for a local submission or anything, i can do that fa show... it was fun to write!"

I am flying into Dublin, Paddy! I was actually trying to find Louth on the map. It's not too far from Dublin, is it?

Yeah we're very close, less than a hours drive north from the airport, lots of historic stuff up here ! We could squeeze in a patch tour.

Boom Boom,
Val did a fantastic job (with the limited space she was given). She is on track for a scholarship in journalism.
Take her to a weigh off this fall!

If Erin were really serious about growing, she'd stay home and not go to Ireland in the summer, and furthermore, she'd move to Rhode Island. WPM
