Wanted to ask a question pertaining to burying vines. last year one of my secondary vines seen to "rot" where it was buried. This year I am Planning on useing Peat Moss to cut the soil mixture 50/50,hopeful this will allow soil to stay dryer and not hold the water on the vine so long. Does this sound like a good solution? Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks Bumkin

I think its a great idea. Some folks also uncover vines later in the season to help reduce chances of rotting
