Now look at what he is doing. I have NEVER sold a seed to anyone. I have given some seeds to those that would like to try their hand at growing a giant pumpkin. This irks me to no end because he is making money off of the hard work and time that I have put into my kids. The link is chucklehead's classified add.

I wouldnt have cared if he would have given the seeds to people for free. But he is trying to make a profit on something he didnt put time and effort into. I know its not a big pumpkin and the seeds probably arent very good but it still is wrong for someone to have the nerve to do something like this. I am trying to promote the sport not make a profit on it.

Damn the people that abuse the good nature of AG growers. I am with you on beeing p-od. Giving away seeds spreads the fun of growin AGs but selling them when they where supposed to be returned is as bad as stealing from your grandmother. Wuuuuussssaaaaa.

Update, I got an e-mail from the guy today and he told me some lame story about how his dog got ran over and he was selling the seeds to pay for a new dog. Yah right... He also said that he had been getting alot of emails from alot of pissed off people about this incident. So he took the ad off the classified site. He also said he was going to give me the seeds back. "I'll believe it when i see them." I would like to thank all of you for your support in this and i have learned a valuable lesson. Joe, I once heard a saying...find a liar and you'll find a theif..Glad the guy took the ad down. If he does give you the seeds back, they probably will be store bot..just live and learn. Next time price the pumpking accordingly or remove seeds first. Sorry some idiot has to ruin it for others. Croley
