I have 1 seedling that has a bad spiral or twist to the stem......like a corkscrew. The stem is twisted one complete revolution from the dirt up to the cots. All my other plants are straight. I have seen slight twists before but never like this one. Is it an early sign of ribbon or flat vine?, or will it straighten out? or does it even matter? Its been up for a few days and the first true leaf is starting to show fairly well, although not open yet, likely within a day or two.

I agree with PAP. If the twist chokes off the rest of the plant come June, it will be too late to start over.

Thanks a lot guys. It isn't necessarily a "I gotta plant it" plant, I did start twice as many plants as what I plan on putting in just in case something like this happened so I do have a backup. I really had hopes of planting it though, it is a 998 pukos selfed, but I do have some other good genetics too.
