Are the lights that are used to keep plants from getting leggy just regular florecent light bulbs? I am looking to pick one up but if they are just regular bulbs I will build one my self. |

Keep them low to the plant. They tend to grow up to the light. You do not want a tall plant that will fall over and split. |
