I would like to take the time on behalf of all GVGO Members to thank Joe & Sue Jutras for coming up & speaking at our Seminar on Sunday. Joe's presentation was great & everyone enjoyed it. We had a record crowd this year of @ 70 people & all were thrilled to meet them. Everyone had a great time.

I'd also like to thank Russ & Shannon Landry for hosting the welcoming party for Joe & Sue on Saturday night. They put on a great spread for the over 20+ growers in attendance. I'd also like to thank Russ, Frank Catapano for organizing the seminar & all the member's wives for helping out with the lunch & the registration table. They put together a real great seminar.

I would also like to announce the GVGO's 1st Hall of Fame inductees. They are Al Eaton, George Lloyd, Bill Greer, John Lyons & Dave McCallum. All of these growers deserve the recognition for their outstanding efforts in the patch & for promoting this great hobby in our area & around the globe. I would also like to thank Bill Williton for making the trek all the way from Newfoundland to join us for the weekend. We really enjoyed his visit. Good luck to all this season. Take care.

Dear fellow pumpkin growers please join with me in congratulating Al, George, John, The Greer family and my very good friend and mentor Dave McCallum.

We all had a very good time at this years event. I was a great pleasure hosting this years agenda.

Joe & Sue Jutras are now two great friends of Shannon and me. Such wonderful folks they are truly Good People.

The GVGO is under strict orders to produce this year. Time will tell in the end of course. But this years gathering was extremely focused on getting Ontario back into the number one slot we once found our selves in.

We would like to thank all the members of the GVGO for the great time we had while attending their seminar this past weekend. We had a chance to visit with fellow growers and meet a few new ones too!

Many members worked hard to make this seminar a great success. We would especially like to thank Phil & Jane Hunt for all our arrangements and Russ & Shannon Landry for their wonderful hospitality. They really went out of their way to make feel welcome. We really had a great time!

We would like to wish everyone in the GVGO the best this year; hope you all have a great growing season!

Yup, thanks very much Joe. Very informative. Of course, thanks to everyone involved in organizing it. Russ, great party, lots of interesting idea thrown around.
