For you no till guys - how do you incorporate the seaweed and humic acid into the soil?

I would say they rake it in. It also may be that add it with the rest of the amendments like compost or manuer and spread it. Otherwise I could see it flowing down the nearest stream after the first rain. I like to shallow till to soften the soil.

Some organic lab consultants recommend broadcasting granular HA on the surface after any tilling is done. Rains and irrigation will deliver it to the root zone.
No till practicians ad amendments on top of the soil no matter what they might be.

Evenly distribute it and flip it with the shovel. (using the shovel for tilling is alot of work)

I used a hand held broadcast spreader to spread the humic acid. I won't till this spring.
